Membership at Superstar Satellite is free of charge. To establish a membership, all you need is a valid photo I.D. and a credit card. When opening a membership, we will take an imprint and authorization of your credit card.  This security draft remains on file in our safe, and will allow you to rent up to four titles per night.  (Of course, more titles per night are allowable depending on your account history or additional CC authorizations.)

The easiest way to access your account in our store is with the barcode that will be issued to you upon establishment of your account.  Photo I.D. is required for access to your account in absence of this barcode.

Additional names may be added to your account if you accept full responsibility for that person's rentals and returns.  To rent on your account, they must present their own I.D. and provide us with your phone number.

This is a free membership and no charges will be placed against your signed, CC/Membership Contract, provided that all rental videos/DVDs are properly returned and nothing remains due on your account. (see Terms & Conditions).  After issuing a full refund for the value of any prepaid rental credits, Superstar Satellite may cancel any membership at its discretion.

A Debit Card may be used instead of a Credit Card to secure your account, but it should be noted that authorizations on a Debit Card will affect the balance of the account with which it is linked.  As a part of loss prevention, all accounts are re-secured at $50 minuimum per title by the fifth day of rental.

In lieu of a credit card, you may make a cash deposit of $100 per title.
